By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders
All our pieces are made to order and designed just for you. Once you approve the artwork, we begin production — at that point, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. -
Artwork Approval
Before we start stitching, we’ll send you a digital preview of your design. It’s your responsibility to review and confirm that all details — including colors, spelling, and layout — are correct. -
Processing Time
Each custom order takes time and care. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (like shipping or supply delays). -
Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order, as we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses. -
Refunds & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to help. -
Copyright & Design Use
By submitting artwork, logos, or text for embroidery, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may share photos of completed pieces on our social media or website unless you request otherwise. -
